Tiante Valve Co., Ltd., founded in 1988, integrates R&D, production, sales and service of valves. It is located inShuige Industrial Zone, Lishui. The headquarters covers an area of 27,000 square meters and a building area of 19,900 square meters.

The company owns a registered capital of RMB 56 million, makes a total investment of RMB 200 million, and realizes an annual production capacity of 7,500 tons of industrial valves and annual output value of over RMB 100 million. In the industrial park, there are more than ten workshops respectively in hot forging, precision casting, welding, heat treatment, machining, assembly, etc., forged valve, cast valve and special valve production centers, and over 300 sets of machining and inspection equipment including CNC machining centers, plasma welding machines, overclocking vacuum heat treatment equipment, CNC and efficient ball turning machines, physical and chemical and flaw detection equipment, nondestructive testing equipment and spectral analyzing equipment. In addition, the company has established a CAD valve design center and a 3D simulation manufacturing test design system, ensuring the quality and speed of new product R&D. The company also has a complete quality assurance system and controls product quality in strict accordance with the standard of ISO9000 from the purchase of raw materials to the delivery of finished products.

The company has established the complete quality management system, environmental management system and safety management system, and realized institutionalization and routinization as well as the effective monitoring of the whole process of product quality. In addition, the company has been certified to IS9001 Quality Management System, IS014001 Environmental Management System, OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, API, CE and TS (A1) and carries out the strict management system.

The products are made according to the standards of ISO, API, ANSI, BS, DIN, NF, JIS, JPI, GB and JB with a nominal diameter of 1/4 "~ 80" (DN6 ~ 2000mm), a pressure grade of 150L ~ 2500Lb (0.1Mpa ~ 42.0 Mpa) and a working temperature of -196 ~ 680 ℃, and cover gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, balls, check valves, plug valves, butterfly valves, control valves, diaphragm valves, high temperature and high pressure power station valves, water conservancy and building valves and special valves. Valve body materials mainly include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel,ultra-low carbon stainless steel titanium, Monel, Alloy 20, etc. The company also can smelt and manufacture valves according to customers’ special requirements. Over the years, the products have been widely applied to the instrumentsin industries such as oil, chemical, fertilizer, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, electric power, etc. The products are sold well in more than 200 large and medium-sized enterprises and the company is also committed to developing the international market. By now, more than 100,000 valves have been exported to over ten countries and regions including Europe, America, Middle East and Southeast Asia, winning wide praise and trust.
