The company owns a registered capital of RMB 56 million, makes a total investment of RMB 200 million, and realizes an annual production capacity of 7,500 tons of industrial valves and annual output value of over RMB 100 million. In the industrial park, there are more than ten workshops respectively in hot forging, precision casting, welding, heat treatment, machining, assembly, etc., forged valve, cast valve and special valve production centers, and over 300 sets of machining and inspection equipment including CNC machining centers, plasma welding machines, overclocking vacuum heat treatment equipment, CNC and efficient ball turning machines, physical and chemical and flaw detection equipment, nondestructive testing equipment and spectral analyzing equipment. In addition, the company has established a CAD valve design center and a 3D simulation manufacturing test design system, ensuring the quality and speed of new product R&D. The company also has a complete quality assurance system and controls product quality in strict accordance with the standard of ISO9000 from the purchase of raw materials to the delivery of finished products.
