Notice on Conducting the Year-End Performance Evaluation and Recognition Program

In 2011, amid an environment of economic uncertainty, TianTe Valves, under the strong leadership and sound guidance of the Group’s Board of Directors, advanced all aspects of its work in a coordinated manner, achieved phased results, and successfully fulfilled the annual objectives and tasks. In the process of promoting the enterprise’s sound and rapid development, the broad workforce pooled their wisdom and efforts to drive the company’s growth. To recognize outstanding individuals, establish model examples, provide guidance and set benchmarks, further stimulate employees’ enthusiasm for learning from, catching up with, and striving to become role models, and thereby propel the enterprise to make new strides in leapfrog development and achieve new successes in fostering corporate harmony, it has been decided to launch the selection of the Group’s Outstanding Individuals for 2011. The one-day tour of Suichang has concluded successfully.

At 7:00 a.m. on April 1, 2013, more than 50 outstanding employees and staff members of Tiantte Valve Group boarded a coach bound for Suichang, embarking on an unforgettable day-long excursion to the scenic region. As a reward for the “Annual Outstanding Employee,” “Annual Outstanding Manager,” and other administrative personnel recognized at the end of 2012, the company organized this one-day trip to Suichang. The event also served to encourage all colleagues to continue striving for excellence and to enter the 2013 business year in even better shape. At the same time, the outing enriched employees’ leisure lives, strengthened interdepartmental communication and collaboration, fostered greater harmony within the Tiantte family, and ultimately enhanced corporate cohesion.

The China Machinery Industry Federation Held a New-Product Appraisal Meeting at Our Company

On November 30, 2013, the “KZ44Y Expanding Type Flat Gate Valve” and the “PZ43Y High-Temperature Slag-Discharging Flat Gate Valve,” both developed by Tiantte Valve Group Co., Ltd., underwent a new-product appraisal meeting organized by the China Machinery Industry Federation and held at Tiantte Valve Group Co., Ltd. The appraisal meeting invited seven leading industry experts, including Professor Du Zhaonian from Lanzhou University of Technology, Professor Tang Rongming from Tsinghua University, and Professor Zhu Shaoyuan from the Hefei General Machinery Research Institute.
